Pineapple Muffins

1 c. Butter, softened 1 c. Granulated Sugar 2 c. Self Rising Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder 4 Eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract 1 c. Crushed Pineapple, well drained In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the pineapple. Beat 1 minute. Fold in pineapple. Spoon batter into 18 paper lined muffin pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. 1 c. Butter 3 c. Granulated Sugar 6 Eggs 3 c. Cake Flour 1 c. Whipping Cream 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1 tsp. Almond Extract 2 tsp. Bourbon 15 Chocolate Cream Filled Cookies, coarsely chopped 15 Chocolate Cream Filled Cookies, quartered Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and cream alternately.
