Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

Filling:
1 c. Apple Butter
1 c. Pumpkin
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Ginger
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Evaporated Milk
In mixing bowl combine apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and spices.
Stir in eggs.
Add milk and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 40 minutes 40 at 425°F. until set and knife blade comes out clean when inserted into center of pie.
Serve with whipped cream.
