Apple Puff

3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Whole Milk
2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Salt
3 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
Powdered Sugar
In a frying pan saute sliced apples in 1 Tbsp. of the butter until apples are some what soft.
Arrange cooked apple slices in a greased 9″ quiche dish.
In mixing bowl beat together eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Pour batter over apples.
Bake 10 minutes at 475°F.
Dot with remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Sift powdered sugar over top of apple puff.
Serve hot.
