Apricot Strudel

1 1/8 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Apricot Preserves
1/2 c. Coconut
1/4 c. Walnuts or Pecans, finely chopped
Powdered Sugar

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sour cream and butter.
Mix well.
Divide dough in half, cover and chill overnight.
Roll out chilled dough one half at a time on a well floured board to form into a 13″ x 6″ rectangle.
Spread 1/2 c. preserves along one 13″ side to a width of 1 1/2″.
Starting with 13″ side, roll over jelly roll fashion.
Seal edges and ends.
Place seam side down on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
repeat with other half of dough.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 400°F. until golden brown.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
