Aunt Martha’s Pudding Cake

2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Unsweetened Chocolate or 3 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9″ x 9″ baking dish.
Topping:
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Scatter topping ingredients over top of cake batter.
Pour 1/2 c. Cold water or coffer over top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350° F.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
