Bakery Style Dinner Rolls

1/2 c. Warm Water
3 pkg. Yeast
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Evaporated Milk
3 c. Hot Water, 105°-115°
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Oil
9-10 c. Bread Flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. warm water.
In large mixing bowl combine evaporated milk, 3 c. hot water, salt, 1/2 c. sugar and oil.
Add the dissolved yeast mixture and 2 c. flour.
Add enough remaining bread flour to make a medium-soft dough.
Turn out onto floured surface, knead 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a large oiled bowl and turn dough to cover completely with oil.
Cover with a damp towel.
Let rise until doubled, about an hour.
Punch dough down.
Shape into rolls and place in greased pans.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
