Banana Rum Bread

4 Medium Bananas, soft and ripe
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Rum or 2 tsp. Rum Extract
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
1 c. Walnuts, chopped
8 oz. Toffee Bits

In a large bowl mash bananas.
Beat in sugars, oil, eggs and rum.
Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt, nuts and half of toffee bits.
Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans.
Sprinkle remaining toffee bits on top of loaves.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350° F. until toothpick comes out clean. Mini loaves bake 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
