Berry Sweet Muffins

3/4 c. Milk
1/3 c. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 3/4 c. Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Dehydrated Strawberries or Raspberries
2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
Mix together egg, milk, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in dehydrated berries.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Sprinkle granulated sugar on each muffin top.
Bake 18-20 minutes at 400°F.
