Big Boy Brownies

Bars:
1 c. Butter
2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
4 Eggs
2 c. Granulated Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 c. Flour
1 c. Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler over hot water.
Let mixture cool.
In mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour and nuts just until combined.
Pour into greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Place another 9″ x 13″ of boiling water on lowest rack in oven.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 350°F.
Pour frosting over top of brownies. Let cool and cut into bars.
Frosting:
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 c. Milk
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan except the vanilla.
Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
