Blueberry Bread Pudding

1 c. Lemon Flavored Yogurt
2 c. Milk
1/3 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
1-8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, cut into 1/2″ cubes
3 c. Cubed French Bread, crusts removed
2 c. Blueberries
Whisk eggs lightly.
Mix in yogurt, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Gently toss in bread cubes until completely coated with egg mixture.
Fold in cream cheese cubes and blueberries.
Pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour or overnight.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°F. until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Optional: garnish with additional blueberries and whipped cream.
