Bran Dinner Rolls

2 pkgs. Yeast
1 c. Warm Water 105°-115°
1 c. Boiling Water
1 c. Shortening
1 Tbsp. Salt
3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. All Bran Cereal
2 Eggs, beaten
6-7 c. Bread Flour
2 Tbsp. Oil

In a small bowl sprinkle yeast over top of warm water.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl place shortening, salt and sugar.
Pour boiling water over mixture.
When shortening has melted add bran cereal, eggs and dissolved yeast mixture.
Add 3 c. of flour and beat well.
Add remaining 3-4 c. flour until stiff dough is formed.
Rub oil over top of dough in bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Turn dough out onto a floured board.
Knead a few times.
shape into dinner rolls.
Place onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Let rise 2 hours.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 425°F.
