
Recipe: Brown Sugar Brownies
1 3/4 Sticks Margarine
2 c. Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Flour
1 c. Nuts, chopped
1 c. Coconut (Optional)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Beat margarine until creamy.
Add sugar and continue beating until mixture is smooth.
Add eggs and mix well.
Stir in flour, nuts, coconut, and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9″ x 9″ pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 375ºF.
