Bulgarian Apple Cake

1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Oil
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Apples, unpeeled, washed, cored and chopped
1 c. Walnuts or Pecans
In mixing bowl beat together sugar, eggs and oil.
Mix in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased bundt pan.
Bake 60 minutes at 350°F.
Remove from pan onto serving plate.
Drizzle top and sides with glaze.
Glaze:
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1-2 tsp. Milk
Stir all ingredients together until smooth.
