Cappuccino Muffins

1 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Half & Half
2 Eggs, beaten
2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Instant Espresso Powder
3/4 c. Mini Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Orange Zest
Mix together butter, sour cream, half & half and eggs.
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Stir in dry ingredients along with chocolate chips and orange zest only until moistened.
Do not over stir.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pans until 2/3 full.
Bake approx. 15 minutes at 350°F.
