Carrot Raisin Bread

2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Oil
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Grated Carrots
1/2 c. Raisins
Mix together sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, carrots and raisins.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°F.
