Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

11 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Heavy Cream
Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in cocoa.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in cream.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
Center may appear soft but will set up as pie cools.
Cool at room temperature.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1/3 c. Butter, softened
Combine all ingredients and press into bottom an up sides of a 9″ pie plate.
