Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate Squares, chopped
1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, softened
2 Tbsp. Raspberry Liqueur
Unsweetened Cocoa
Coconut
Chocolate Sprinkles
In a heavy saucepan melt the chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
Set aside.
In a large bowl beat together powdered sugar, butter and liqueur.
Beat in the cooled chocolate.
Refrigerate until mixture thickens and becomes fudgy, about 30-45 minutes.
Roll into 1″ balls, then roll in the cocoa, coconut or chocolate sprinkles.
Keep refrigerated.
