Chocolate Syrup Brownies

1 c. Granulate Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp.
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Can Chocolate Syrup
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Cream butter and sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 18-20 minutes at 375°F.
Cool.
Frost and cut into bars.
Frosting:
1 1/2 c. granulated Sugar
1/3 c. butter or Margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
In heavy saucepan bring to a boil for 30 seconds the sugar, butter and milk.
Remove from heat.
Beat in chocolate chips and vanilla until chips are melted and frosting is smooth.
