Chocolate Tassies

3 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Flour
Beat cream cheese and butter.
Stir in flour.
Cover and chill dough 1 hour.
Divide dough and roll into 24 i” balls.
Place each ball in small muffin tins using foil cupcake liners.
Spoon filling into each cup.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
Cool before removing from pans.
Filling:
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Mini Chocolate Chips
Stir together beaten egg, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and mini chocolate chips.
