
1 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
2 c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Pecans, chopped
1 Egg White, slightly beaten
Cream together butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Mix in flour, cinnamon and pecans.
Spread into a greased and floured jellyroll pan.
Brush beaten egg white over top.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 325°F.
Cool slightly.
Cut into squares and remove from pan.
