
1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
1/4 c. Evaporated Milk
6 oz. Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Pecans or Walnuts, chopped (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix first four ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake 60-90 minutes at 325°F.
Turn out onto a serving plate.
Topping-In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil over low heat. Boil for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips
and nuts (optional). Immediately pour over hot cake. Can be served
hot or cold.
