Corn Fritters

2 Eggs, seperated
1/2 c. plus 2Tbsp.Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
Pinch of Paprika
Oil for frying
Beat egg yolks until thick.
Stir in corn, flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt and paprika.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into corn mixture.
Heat oil in fryer or large saucepan to 370° F.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper toweling. Serve immediately with arm syrup.
