Cottage Cheese Biscuits

1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/4 c. Butter
2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Creamed Cottage Cheese
In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients.
Cut in butter using a pastry blender.
Stir in eggs and cottage cheese.
Turn out onto a floured board and knead a few times.
Roll out to 1/2″ thick.
Cut into circles using a biscuit cutter.
Sprinkle a little cornmeal on parchment lined cookie sheets.
Place the biscuits on top of cornmeal.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 425°F.
