Double Date Nut Bread

4 c. Flour
2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Egg
2 1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. Pitted Dates, chopped

In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
Make well in center of flour mixture.
In separate bowl combine egg, milk and oil.
Using a fork stir milk mixture to break up egg yolk.
Add milk mixture to flour and stir just until moistened.
Stir in nuts and dates.
Grease two 8″ x 4″ x 2″ loaf pans.
Line bottom of pans with waxed paper or parchment paper.
Divide batter between both pans.
Bake 55-60 minutes at 350°F.
Let cool on wire rack 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Wrap in plastic wrap then foil.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
