Easy Brownies

1/2 c. Unsweetened Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 c. Shortening
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat just until combined.
Spread batter into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 325°F.
Let cool, frost and cut into bars.
Frosting:
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Butter
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips
In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, milk and butter.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.
Beat until spreading consistency.
Spread on cooled brownies.
