
Fruit Pizza

1 c. Margarine or Butter, softened
1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
Cream together butter, sugar, egg and flavoring.
Mix in remaining dry ingredients.
Shape into a 2″ diameter cylinder, wrap in plastic wrap and chill 2-3 hours.
Unwrap cookie dough and slice into 1/4″ thick slices.
Place slices on a 14″ pizza pan overlapping slices slightly.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 375°F until golden brown.
Cool completely.
First Topping:
1-8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over top of cooled crust.
Second Topping:
Bananas, sliced
Grapes
Strawberries, sliced
Kiwi, sliced
Blueberries
Cherries
Pineapple Slices
Glaze:
1/2 c. Peach or Apricot Preserves
1 Tbsp. Water
Mix together preserves and water for glaze.
Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese layer.
Spoon glaze over top of fruit.
Chill before serving.
