Fudge Cake II

2 c. Cake Flour
2 c. Granulated Sugar
4 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 c. Margarine
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Oil
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla
In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
In a saucepan bring to a boil the margarine, water and oil.
Add to flour mixture.
In small bowl combine buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla.
Add to batter and beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 9′ x 13″ pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 375°F.
Frost cake while still hot.
Frosting:
1/2 c. Margarine, softened
1/3 c. Milk
4 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
Beat margarine and milk together.
Add cocoa, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Continue beating until smooth and creamy.
