
1/3 c. Oil
1/3 c. Honey
1 Tbsp. Water
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (not quick cooking oats)
1 1/2 c. Sliced Almonds
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Coconut
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1/4 c. Wheat Germ
1 1/2 c. Raisins or Dried Cranberries
In sauce pan heat together oil, honey and water.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl combine oatmeal, almonds, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, coconut, sesame seeds and wheat germ.
Pour syrup over oat mixture and stir to coat.
Spread onto cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes at 300°F, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir in raisins or cranberries.
Store in airtight containers.
