Honey Wheat Bread

1 1/2 c. Boiling Water
1 c. Rolled Oats
1 c. Honey
1/4 c. Butter, softened
2 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Yeast
2 c. Warm Water, 105°-115°
1 c. 7 grain Cereal
3 c. Whole Wheat Flour
4 c. Bread Flour

In large bowl pour boiling water over rolled oats and let stand 30 minutes.
Add honey, butter and salt.
In a small bowl dissolve the yeast in the 2 cups warm water.
Add to the oat mixture.
Stir in 7 grain cereal and whole wheat flour.
Add enough remaining bread flour to make a medium-soft dough.
Turn out onto floured surface, knead 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a large oiled bowl and turn dough to cover completely with oil.
Cover with a damp towel.
Let rise until doubled, about an hour.
Punch dough down.
Divide into two pieces and shape into 2 loaves.
Place each loaf into a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise until double, about an hour.
Bake 5 minutes at 400°F.
Lower oven temp. to 350°F and bake 25-30 minutes until loaves sound hollow when tapped.
Remove from pans and brush tops with melted butter.
