Huckleberry Hazelnut Muffins

1/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Orange Juice
1/4 c. Oil
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Huckleberries
1/2 c. Hazelnuts, chopped
Beat together egg, milk and oil.
Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in huckleberries and hazelnuts.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 400°F.
