Irish Cream Cheesecake

2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c. Finely Chopped Almonds
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, melted
Mix together ingredients for crust and press into bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9″ spring form pan.
Chill for an hour before filling and baking.
Filling:
4-8 oz. Pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Granulated Sugar
3/4 c. Irish Cream Liqueur
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Blend in Irish Cream and vanilla.
Gradually blend in eggs.
Pour into crust and bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
Topping:
1 c. Sour Cream
4 Tbsp. Irish Cream Liqueur
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
Mix together topping ingredients.
Spread over top of cheesecake and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Cool, then chill thoroughly before serving.
