Layered Pumpkin Pie

8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
Bake pie shell for 8 minutes at 400°F.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg.
Spread into pie shell.
Chill 1 hour.
Pumpkin Layer:
1 1/4 c. Pumpkin
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
1 c. Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
Combine pumpkin, sugar, and spices.
Add salt, milk and eggs, beat well.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Bake 60-70 minutes at 350°F.
