Lemon Pecan Bars

1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
3/4 c. Cold Butter or Margarine
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
3/4 c. Pecans, finely chopped
In mixing bowl combine flour and powdered sugar.
Using a pastry blender, cut in cold butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Press mixture into bottom of a lightly greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
In another mixing bowl combine beaten eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder and lemon juice.
Pour over baked crust.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over top of filling.
Bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut into bars.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
