Mississippi Mud Cake

1/2 c. Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 c. Pecans
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Small Package Miniature Marshmallows
Icing:
1 Package Powdered Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/2 c. Milk
Melt butter, add cocoa and beat. Add all other ingredients. Pour in greased and floured 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350ºF for about 30 minutes.
sprinkle marshmallows over cake while hot.
Icing: Melt margarine, add cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute, and then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth, spread over cake.
