
1 c. Butter, softened
1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1/3 c. Unsweetened Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Strong Cold Coffee
1/4 c. Milk
1 c. Chocolate Chips
Cream butter until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla.
In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Stir together coffee and milk.
Add dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture alternating with coffee and milk mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon into greased bundt pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°F.
Cool 15 minutes.
Turnout onto serving plate.
