Oat Batter Bread

1 pkg. Yeast
1 c. Warm Water, 105°-115°
1/2 c. Warm Milk, 105°-115°
1/3 c. Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Butter, melted
Additional melted butter and oatmeal

In large mixing bowl sprinkle yeast over warm water and milk.
Stir in sugar.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Beat in eggs.
Mix in flour, oatmeal and salt.
Mix in butter.
Pat dough into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
Brush with additional melted butter and sprinkle with additional oatmeal.
Let rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
Bake 30 minutes at 375°F
Cut into squares to serve.
