Orange Bread

1/2 c. Butter, softened
3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
2 Egg Whites, beaten
2 tsp. Grated Orange Rind
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 c. Pecans, chopped
Beat egg whites slightly, set aside.
Mix together remaining ingredients except nuts and fold into beaten egg whites.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake approx. 45 minutes at 350°F.
Drizzle glaze over top of hot loaf of bread while still in pan.
Cool and remove from pan.
Glaze:
1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp. Orange Juice
Stir together to make glaze.
