
Parmesan Bread

1 c. warm Water, 105°-110°
3 c. Bread Flour
1/2 c. Butter
1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 tsp. Dried Minced Onion
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add 2 cups of the flour, 1/4 cup butter, egg, sugar, salt, basil, parsley, minced onion and seasonings.
Beat two minutes.
Add remaining flour and 1/3 cup cheese.
Beat until smooth.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, about an hour.
Stir dough down.
Melt remaining butter, set aside.
Spread batter in an oiled 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Pour melted butter over top.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cover, let rise 30 minutes.
Bake 35 minutes at 350°F.
Let cool 10 minutes before removing from casserole.
