Passover Macaroons

1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Almond Extract
14 oz. Bag Flaked Coconut
2 c. Almonds, finely chopped
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar a tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.
Beat in vanilla and almond extract.
Fold in coconut and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake 18 minutes or until golden brown at 350°F.
Let cool slightly on cookie sheets before removing to cooling rack.
