Pecan Pie Squares

2 c. Flour
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Unsalted Butter, melted
1/2 tsp. Salt
Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
With a pastry blender cut butter into flour mixture.
Pat mixture into 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
Filling:
3 Eggs, beaten
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Light Corn Syrup
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Pecans, chopped
Mix together all of filling ingredients.
Pour filling mixture over baked crust.
Bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into bite size squares.
