
2 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Light Corn Syrup
1 Tbsp. Butter
3/4 c. Whole Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
In heavy saucepan combine sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and milk.
Stirring constantly cook over medium heat until soft ball stage (234°F.) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into greased 8″ x 8″ pan.
Let cool.
Cut into small squares.
