Pie Crust Cookies

2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Shortening
1/4 c. Ice Water
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

With a pastry blender mix together 1 2/3 c. flour, salt and shortening
Mix remaining 1/3 c. flour with ice water.
With a fork mix in the flour and shortening mixture with the flour and water mixture.
Roll out on lightly floured surface.
Spread with softened butter.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Cut into shapes using your favorite cookie cutter.
Place on parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 450°F.
