Pineapple Bread Pudding

1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, softened
8-10 Slices of Stale Bread, cut into cubes
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Crushed Pineapple, with juice
1/4 c. Cinnamon Sugar
In small mixing bowl cream granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter.
Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
Place bread cubes over creamed mixture.
Mix together eggs, vanilla and pineapple.
Pour over bread cubes.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top.
Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
Let cool slightly before serving.
