Pineapple Pound Cake

Cake:
1 1/2 c. Butter, softened
6 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
6 Eggs
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 1/2 c. Flour
2 1/2 c. Crushed Pineapple, drained

In mixing bowl cream butter and powdered sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Add flour and beat well with wooden spoon.
Mix in pineapple.
Pour batter into greased tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Place cake on serving plate and pour glaze over top.

Glaze:
2 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. Pineapple Juice

Stir together powdered sugar and pineapple juice until smooth.
