Powerhouse Muffins

1/4 c. Soy Flour
1/4 c. Graham Flour
1/2 c. Wheat Germ
1/2 c. Powdered Milk, dry
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Dried Cranberries
1/4 tsp. Mace
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Canola or Vegetable Oil
1/4 c. Honey
Put all dry ingredients into large bowl.
Stir in wet ingredients just until moistened.
Do not over mix.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
