Raspberry Almond Bars

2 1/2 c. Flour
2/3 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Butter, softened
Filling:
18 0z. Raspberry Jam
Topping:
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c Butter, softened
1/4 c. Almonds, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Almond Extract
Frosting:
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1-2 Tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Almond Extract
Combine ingredients for crust with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Press into a greased and floured 9″ x 13″ pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350°F. until golden brown.
Spread raspberry jam evenly over crust.
Combine ingredients for topping with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Scatter over top of jam layer.
Bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
Combine frosting ingredients and drizzle over cooled bars.
Cut into small bite size bars.
