Raspberry Muffins

Muffins:
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 oz. Lemon Yogurt
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1/2 c. Oil
2 Eggs
1 c. Raspberries

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir together yogurt, lemon zest, oil and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just to moisten.
Fold in raspberries.
Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Sprinkle topping on each muffin top.
Bake 18-20 minutes at 400°F.

Topping:
1/3 c. Granulated Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Butter

Mix together flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
