Raspberry Pear Cobbler

10 oz. Frozen Raspberries, thawed
1/3 c. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 c. Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 c. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Drain raspberries, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to syrup to equal 1 cup.
In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and raspberry syrup.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until bubbly.
Stir in raspberries and pears.
Pour into 8″ x 8″ glass baking dish.
In mixing bowl combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg, sour cream and butter.
Stir into flour mixture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
