Rich Cornbread

2 c. Cornmeal
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar, optional
1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Sour Cream

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in buttermilk and sour cream.
Spread into greased 9″ pie plate.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
Cut into wedges and serve with butter.
