Sour Cream Banana Bread

1 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 c. Butter
3 c. Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs
6 Bananas, peeled and mashed
16 oz. Sour Cream
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Orange Zest
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Soda
4 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Pecans, chopped
1/2 c. Dates, chopped
In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 c. granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Grease four 7″x3″ inch loaf pans.
Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 c. granulated sugar.
Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest.
Mix in salt, baking soda and flour.
Stir in nuts and dates.
Spoon into prepared pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° F. until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
